1. Rationale
The operational area for waste management is within Trang Municipality, Trang Province. Currently, the volume of organic waste and food waste in the municipality is significant. To ensure effective waste management and reduce the burden of waste disposal, a high-performance system capable of processing organic waste into renewable energy (Biogas) and bio-fertilizer according to the Circular Economy principle is required. Therefore, there is a requirement to procure a Biogas and Bio-fertilizer Production System according to the details specified herein.
2. Objective
To procure one (1) unit of Biogas and Bio-fertilizer Production System (Capacity 500 kilograms per day) for operation in Trang Municipality, Trang Province, within the specified budget.
3. Specifications
3.1 General Characteristics
– Type: Compact Unit machine utilizing Anaerobic Digestion process.
– System: Closed System to prevent odors and pests, suitable for community areas.
– Usage Condition: Reinforced structure suitable for outdoor installation, resistant to humidity and outdoor weather conditions.
– Year of Manufacture: Must be a model manufactured and distributed in the current year of delivery (Brand New).
3.2 Production Capacity
– Input Capacity: Not less than 500 kilograms per day.
– Fertilizer Output: Not less than 500 liters per day (in the form of liquid fertilizer or sludge).
– Biogas Production: Not less than 50 cubic meters per day.
– Energy Equivalent: The produced gas must provide heat energy equivalent to approximately 4.6 kilograms of LPG per day (depending on waste quality).
3.3 Structure and Dimensions
– Dimensions: Width not less than 2.0 meters, Length not less than 8.0 meters, and Height not less than 2.5 meters (Tolerance of ±10% is acceptable).
– Weight:
· Empty Weight: Not less than 5,000 kilograms.
· Operation Weight: The structure must support a total weight during operation of not less than 20,000 kilograms.
– Digester Volume: Capacity of not less than 15 cubic meters.
– Gas Holder Volume: Capacity of not less than 10 cubic meters.
– Material: The tank must be made of materials that are durable and highly resistant to acid-alkali corrosion.
3.4 Drive and Control System
– Motor: Installation of a Gear Motor for mixing, power not less than 2 Horsepower (HP), 1 unit.
– Control System: Controlled by a Control Panel with safety features.
– Power System: Compatible with AC power system (220V or 380V as appropriate for the site).
3.5 Pre-processing Equipment (Organic Waste Crusher)
– System Type: Disc Chipper combined with Jaw Breaker system to handle various types of organic waste.
– Cutting Mechanism: Equipped with not less than 1 cutting blade (side blade) and 2 saw-tooth jaw breakers.
– Power Source: Driven by a Gasoline Engine of not less than 6 HP or an Electric Motor of not less than 5 HP.
– Input Capability: Capable of crushing fresh and dry organic material with a diameter of not less than 75 mm.
– Processing Capacity: Maximum processing capacity of approximately 1,500 kg/hour (depending on material type).
– Dimensions & Weight:
· Dimensions: Approximately 100 x 124 x 100 cm (W x L x H).
· Weight: Approximately 190 kg.
– Mobility: The unit must be equipped with wheels to facilitate movement within the operational area.
3.6 Installation and Construction Work
– Foundation Improvement and Reinforcement:
· The bidder must survey and assess the structural integrity of the existing foundation at the installation site on Koh Tao.
· Perform necessary improvements and reinforcements (e.g., adding reinforced concrete layers or structural supports) to ensure the foundation is stable and capable of safely supporting the machine’s operating weight of not less than 20 tons, or in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation standards suitable for the proposed machine.
· The stability and load-bearing capacity after improvement must be certified by a professional engineer.
– Piping Work: Installation of biogas piping from the machine to the usage point, distance not exceeding 50 meters.
– Safety Equipment: Installation of Safety Valve, Pressure Gauge, and Flashback Arrestor.
– Accessories: Free inclusion of a Biogas Stove set (1-2 units).
3.7 Standard Equipment and Others
– Operation and Maintenance Manuals in Thai (2 sets).
– Training for operational staff at Trang Municipality, Trang Province until they can effectively operate the machine.
4. Bidder Qualifications
– Must be a juristic person professionally engaged in the manufacturing or sale of the petitioned machinery.
– Must be capable of managing logistics and transportation to Trang Municipality, Trang Province.
– Must be able to provide after-sales service and spare parts conveniently.
5. Warranty
– Machine Warranty: Warranty for the machine and equipment for a period of not less than 1 year.
– Service: Provide Preventive Maintenance service at the installation site in Trang Municipality at least 3 times per year throughout the warranty period.
6. Budget
The proposed budget must include Value Added Tax (VAT), transportation to Trang Municipality, installation, foundation Improvement, and all other relevant expenses. The seller is responsible for ensuring the system is fully operational upon delivery.
