On December 4th 2020 to commemorate Thai Environmental day, WWF Thailand teamed up with the Mall Group and Tik Tok to join the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s (SET) ‘Care the Wild: Plant and Project’ campaign in order to encourage Thai people to reduce deforestation, fight climate change, and increase forest coverage in Nan province in the north of Thailand.
Varawut Silpa-archa, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment was the event's distinguished guest and he kicked it off with warm opening remarks. The minister's attendance highlights the importance and significance this partnership will have for Thailand's environmental conservation goals.

The coming together of different sectors will help communicate the importance of environmental conservation to the new generation, Miss Noppakao Sucharitakul Executive Vice President for SET said of the collaborative effort.
Miss Sucharitakul also thanked WWF Thailand for making this partnership possible by helping bring the different parties together.
Donations to the campaign can be made at donation boxes at every one of the Mall Groups department stores, via the M card application, or through bank transfer to Bangkok Bank account number 09-300-5056 from the 4th of December until 5th of June 2021.
To raise additional funds for the Care the Wild campaign the Mall Group and Tik Tok also launch the Happier Together challenge where people are encouraged to share moments of happiness on Tik Tok with the hashtag #HappierTogetherTH. Every video submitted by the 6th of January 2021 will raise 10 Baht for the campaign. Submitters will also have the chance to win various prizes.
Along with raising funds for environmental causes, the Happier Together challenge will also allow Thai people to spread the end of year joy to people through sharing their moments of happiness. And as a platform based on User Generated Content, Tik Tok is perfect for this, said Surayot Aimlaor, Marketing Lead at Tik Tok.
