รายละเอียดการกำหนดขอบเขตการจ้างดำเนินงาน แคมเปญวิจัยสำรวจความคิดเห็นของประชาชนและการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับเสือโคร่งในกรง Public Opinion Survey and Perception Survey Research campaign targeting captive tigers —————————————————————————————————- 1. หลักการและเหตุผล ความเป็นมา ประเทศไทยถือเป็นหนึ่งในประเทศที่มีความสำคัญในด้านการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเฉพาะการอนุรักษ์เสือ ซึ่งสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันเกี่ยวกับประชากรเสือในป่ายังคงมีแนวโน้มที่ดีขึ้น ในประเทศไทยมีเสือที่เลี้ยงในกรงประมาณ 1,500 ตัว และมีเสือในพื้นที่สงวนหรืออุทยานแห่งชาติกว่า 400 ตัว อีกทั้งยังมีลูกเสือที่เกิดใหม่อยู่เป็นประจำ การเพาะเลี้ยงและขยายพันธุ์เสือเพื่อนำไปค้าขาย รวมถึงการค้าข้ามพรมแดน ยังคงเป็นปัญหาสำคัญ ตามข้อกำหนดของอนุสัญญาไซเตส (CITES) องค์การระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยการอนุรักษ์สัตว์ป่า ได้กำหนดข้อบังคับให้แต่ละประเทศจำกัดจำนวนการค้าและเพาะเลี้ยงเสือในเชิงพาณิชย์ เพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบต่อประชากรเสือในธรรมชาติ ในปี พ.ศ. 2561 คณะกรรมการ CITES ได้ส่งคำเตือนมายังประเทศไทย โดยเน้นย้ำเกี่ยวกับจำนวนนักลักลอบค้าหรือเจ้าของฟาร์มเสือที่อาจช่วยสนับสนุนช่องทางการค้าอย่างผิดกฎหมาย ส่งผลให้ WWF ประเทศไทยมีความตั้งใจที่จะสำรวจความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ด้วยการเก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสำรวจความคิดเห็น (Public Opinion Survey) 2. วัตถุประสงค์ •วัตถุประสงค์ของการสำรวจ สำรวจความรู้และทัศนคติปัจจุบันของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับประชากรเสือ รวมถึงสวนเสือต่าง ๆ […]
