Objective and Auditor’s responsibilities
The independent auditors will be to examine the financial statements prepared by the company in order to issue our report expressing an opinion as to whether they present fairly the financial position of the company at the balance sheet date and the results of its operations for the year then ended in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
The accuracy and completeness of the financial statements, including the related footnotes, are the responsibility of the company’s management. Management also is responsible for selecting sound accounting principles, and for maintaining an adequate internal control structure.
In order to render the report, the auditor will be responsible for carrying out their audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards which require planning and performing the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. The audit will include examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements, analytical review of pertinent financial information including financial reports prepared for management use, assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, and evaluating the overall financial statement presentation.
The auditor shall report to management any material weaknesses in or other observations on the company’s system of internal control.
Scope of work
· Financial transactions period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026
· The company available period for audit field work is 9-25 September 2026.
Deliverable
The auditor shall provide the final report with an opinion on the financial statements within
9 October 2026.
